Our Mission:

At Dēz Kids, we are committed to providing hands-on construction education and mentorship to youth aged 14-21. By offering OSHA-10 safety certification, practical construction experience, and life skills development, we aim to prepare our students for meaningful careers while also fostering personal growth and reducing youth involvement in gun violence.

Our Vision:

To create a community where every young person has the skills, opportunities, and support they need to thrive in the construction industry and beyond.
